Job Summary:

We are looking for a Franchise Development Executive to expand our healthcare clinic network by identifying and onboarding franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential franchise partners

Handle franchise lead generation, follow-ups, and closures

Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective franchisees

Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and onboarding

Support franchise partners during the initial setup

Maintain long-term franchise relationships

Required Skills & Experience:

2–5 years of experience in franchise development, business development, or healthcare sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Experience in healthcare, dental chains, diagnostics, or clinics preferred

Willingness to travel when required
