Experience - 4+ Years of experience within the beverage industry, focusing on QA/QC.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Skills: Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, sensory evaluation, and proficiency in MS Office for reporting.

Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with food safety regulations, regulatory norms, and ISO standards in manufacturing plants.

Auditing: Conduct regular audits of manufacturing facilities, vendors, warehouses, and cold storage, often requiring at least 25-30 audits per month.

Production Monitoring: Oversee daily quality control checks, sensory evaluations, and monitor the temperature of raw materials and finished goods in logistics.

Reporting & Improvement: Analyze audit findings to prepare monthly reports, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve processes.

Training: Train production staff on quality standards and food safety practices.
