Food Extruder Operator / Plant Manager

Must Handle and operate the twin screw extruder steer, start-up & shutdown, problem solving, screw opening & assembling.

Must operate Mixer – Cleaning, Mixing Batches etc

Machine – Knowledge of dust collector & mist collector, dry Vacuum pump operation.

Must operate & clean Machinery

General Maintenance

Trouble shooting of all types of breakdown in Lab trail extrusion, mixing.

Maintain 5S in lab area

Knowledge of Safety and Health Measures in Food Industry

Experience in handling of material – Legume Proteins, Yeasts, Aromas etc
