Interview For Food Delivery Boys || 10th Pass - Freshers

We are looking for dedicated Food Delivery Boys who will be responsible for delivering food orders to customers in Ranchi. This is a full-time position that allows you to work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver Food Orders: You will pick up food from restaurants and deliver it to customers' addresses quickly and safely, ensuring their orders are complete and correctly packaged.

- Check Order Accuracy: It is essential to verify that each order is accurate before leaving the restaurant. This helps ensure customer satisfaction and prevents any mix-ups.

- Maintain Communication: You will need to communicate with customers regarding their order status, including estimated delivery times and any issues that may arise during the delivery process.

- Follow Safety Guidelines: Adhering to safety protocols while on the road is crucial. This includes following traffic rules and ensuring food items are transported in a hygienic manner.

- Gather Feedback: After deliveries, you may ask customers for feedback on their experience. This information can help improve service in the future.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Must have completed at least 10th grade education.

- Freshers are welcome; no prior experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn is essential.

- Good communication skills to ensure clear interactions with customers and restaurant staff.

- Reliable and responsible, with a strong sense of time management to ensure timely deliveries.

- Must have access to a smartphone to use the delivery app and communicate effectively.
