Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and safety-conscious Flight Attendants to join our airline team. As a Flight Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of passengers throughout every stage of the flight. The role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Passenger Safety

- Conduct pre-flight safety checks of the aircraft cabin and emergency equipment.

- Ensure all safety equipment is operational before departure.

- Demonstrate safety procedures and emergency exits before takeoff.

- Verify passengers comply with aviation safety regulations.

- Assist passengers in fastening seat belts and stowing baggage properly.

- Monitor cabin safety during takeoff, landing, and turbulence.

- Handle onboard emergencies such as medical incidents, evacuations, fire, smoke, and decompression.

- Administer first aid when required.

Customer Service

- Welcome passengers onboard with a professional and friendly attitude.

- Assist passengers with boarding and seating arrangements.

- Help elderly passengers, children, pregnant women, and passengers with disabilities.

- Serve meals, snacks, and beverages according to airline standards.

- Respond promptly to passenger requests and concerns.

- Maintain a pleasant and comfortable cabin environment.

- Resolve passenger complaints professionally.

Cabin Management

- Perform cabin inspections before, during, and after flights.

- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the aircraft cabin.

- Monitor lavatories and replenish supplies when necessary.

- Secure cabin before takeoff and landing.

- Complete post-flight cabin checks.

Emergency Response

- Operate emergency equipment effectively.

- Lead passenger evacuations during emergencies.

- Coordinate with pilots and fellow crew members during emergency situations.

- Follow all airline emergency procedures.

- Assist emergency responders if required.

Security Duties

- Identify suspicious activities or security threats.

- Report security concerns to the Captain immediately.

- Ensure unauthorized items are not carried onboard.

- Enforce airline security procedures.

Communication

- Communicate effectively with passengers and crew.

- Coordinate with pilots regarding cabin conditions.

- Make clear public announcements.

- Complete required flight reports and incident documentation.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent.

- Diploma or Degree preferred.

- Cabin Crew certification is an advantage.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Valid passport (preferred for international airlines).

- Willingness to relocate and travel extensively.

- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and overnight schedules.

Daily Duties
