• b. tech/ b. e (in any discipline)

• industrial exposure- ball mfg./bearing mfg./ automobile industry knowledge

• logistics function's business workflow & standard operating procedures as per sap &nbs(lean mfg.) commercial knowledge viz. e-way bill, taxes, customs, duties, tariff, exports-imports documentation, boe, b/l, ecgc, meis, advance license/rodtep scheme.

additional qualification & experience (for recruitment only)

• mba in supply chain (optional)

• specialization in materials management with certification in courses pgdscm&l by iimm. equivalent courses with be (mechanical engineering) as base graduation.

skills and capabilities required:

1. commercial acumen with approach of cost-effectiveness for end-to-end material value chain.

2. sap mm module functional and ms office - basic knowledge (minimum).

3. statistical acumen based on data analytics for factual conclusion prior to decision making.

4. communication skills with fluency in english with logical for factual negotiations.

experience:

1. minimum 5 years relevant experience of logistics functions end to end knowledge.

2. factual / logical negotiation based on spend analytics and logistics subject matter knowledge.
