Job Description:

Equity & Fixed Income

Maintain master information of financial instruments issued globally.

Research offer documents, corporate disclosures and annual reports.

Process Equity Corporate Actions . Dividend, Bonus, Takeover, Merger.

Manage Fixed Income Reference Data . Issue details, Interest terms, Call Schedule, Benchmark

Process Fixed Income Corporate Actions . Interest, Redemption.

Basic Qualification:

Graduate or Post graduate with Commerce or Finance background.

Should ideally have , BBI, BAF, BFM, BMS, , MMS/MBA degrees

Job Requirement:

Well versed in English

Basic computer knowledge

Work in shifts (no night shifts)

Capital Market knowhow is useful

Flexible and adaptable to work demands
