We are looking for a dedicated Fitter to join our team in Nalco Nagar, Angul. This position is suitable for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience and requires at least a 10th-grade education. The role is full-time and office-based.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Assembling Parts**: You will be responsible for assembling machinery and equipment by connecting various components precisely, following technical specifications and diagrams.

2. **Maintenance and Repair**: You will conduct routine inspections of machinery to identify any issues or wear and tear, assisting in repairs to ensure the equipment operates smoothly.

3. **Operational Support**: Work alongside senior fitters and engineers to assist in the setup and calibration of equipment, contributing to the smooth running of production operations.

4. **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure working environment, reporting any hazards or unsafe conditions to management immediately.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess basic knowledge of mechanical principles and tools. Strong attention to detail is essential to ensure precise fittings and assembly.
