Looking For Fire & Safety Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated Fire professional to join our team in Delhi NCR. This role is ideal for individuals with 1 to 5 years of experience and a diploma in a related field. The successful candidate will ensure fire safety and compliance within our organization.

Key responsibilities include:

1. **Fire Safety Compliance**: Monitor and maintain fire safety measures to ensure that the organization meets all local and national safety regulations.

2. **Fire Risk Assessment**: Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential fire hazards and propose effective solutions.

3. **Emergency Preparedness**: Develop and implement emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures, and conduct regular fire drills to ensure employee readiness.

4. **Training and Awareness**: Organize training sessions for staff to educate them on fire safety, proper use of fire extinguishers, and emergency protocols.

5. **Incident Investigation**: In the event of a fire incident, investigate causes and recommend improvements to prevent future occurrences.

Candidates should possess strong knowledge of fire safety regulations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and management. Attention to detail is crucial, along with the ability to work under pressure. A proactive approach to problem-solving is also expected.
