Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end US Healthcare recruitment processes

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels

Coordinate interviews and maintain strong candidate relationships

Manage client requirements and ensure timely delivery

Maintain accurate candidate and client databases

Ensure effective communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring cycle

Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Experience in international processes, recruitment, or customer service is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in night shifts
