8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience is required. At least 3 years of Big 4 or reputable public accounting experience is strongly desired

Location: Pune Kalayaninagar

Responsibility:

Accounting & Finance Operations

Financial Planning & Analysis and Business Partnership

Compliance, Taxation & Regulatory Reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

Chartered Accounting designation in India

Subject matter expert on Indian GAAP with the ability to research and analyze new and proposed

accounting guidance. Strong technical knowledge in IFRS is desired.

Detail oriented, hands-on, superior analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize

complex issues into actionable points

Exceptional organizational and time management skills with ability to manage competing priorities and

meet deliverables while building relationships with all stakeholders

Leadership and people management skills with ability to lead, motivate and engage all stakeholders

Excellent communication skills

Excellent project and change management skills

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools especially Excel (intermediate to advanced level)

Knowledge of ERP software preferably Oracle NetSuite.

Gaming experience is preferred
