Compliance, Taxation & Regulatory Reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

Chartered Accounting designation in India

€¢ Subject matter expert on Indian GAAP with the ability to research and analyze new and proposed

accounting guidance. Strong technical knowledge in IFRS is desired.

€¢ Detail oriented, hands-on, superior analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize

complex issues into actionable points

€¢ Exceptional organizational and time management skills with ability to manage competing priorities and

meet deliverables while building relationships with all stakeholders

€¢ Leadership and people management skills with ability to lead, motivate and engage all stakeholders

€¢ Excellent communication skills

€¢ Excellent project and change management skills

€¢ Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools especially Excel (intermediate to advanced level)

€¢ Knowledge of ERP software preferably Oracle NetSuite.
