a successful advisor can look forward to progressing further as an agency leader/senior agency leader and group agency leader.

these positions promise fixed salaries, along with other variables. an agency leader (al) will be eligible for performance based fixed basic salary & variable payouts as mentioned below:

fixed basic salary

monthly active new licensed advisor allowance

monthly production bonus

monthly advisor activation allowance.

- identify and build avenues for sourcing agency leaders in the location as per policy guidelines

- to meet the budgeted numbers of agency leaders' recruitment for the location

- work closely with agent's/agency leaders for achieving their targets through mentoring, coaching and helping them in joint calls

- enable the agency leaders to build & drive a strong advisor force

- to achieve month over month branch targets of advisor coding , activization and ape through als & newly recruited als.

- to plan/review/monitor performance of the team -als and advisors

- submit various sales reports timely to ensure adherence to reporting mechanism

- need to hire & handle a team of agency leaders, agents.

- need to cross sell various life insurance products to the customers of through agency leaders and advisors.
