Looking For Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee and enhance our financial operations in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in finance and will be responsible for managing the company’s financial health.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Financial Planning and Analysis:** Prepare and analyze financial reports and forecasts to provide insights to senior management on financial performance and future planning.

- **Budget Management:** Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring that all departments adhere to their financial targets and that resources are allocated effectively.

- **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all financial activities comply with laws and regulations, managing audits and addressing any compliance issues that arise.

- **Cash Flow Management:** Monitor cash flow, ensuring that the company has sufficient funds to meet its obligations while maximizing returns on surplus cash.

- **Team Leadership:** Supervise and support the finance team, providing guidance and training to enhance efficiency and performance.
