Finance Head

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Head with over 15 years of relevant experience in logistics and freight forwarding. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making abilities, and be proficient in budgeting, compliance, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead finance, accounting, budgeting, and working capital management functions

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, audits, etc.)

Implement company financial policies and internal controls

Oversee AR/AP, credit policy adherence, and forex management

Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions and business growth

Prepare MIS reports and consolidate group MIS

Manage capital expenditure and fixed assets

Liaise with key customers, service providers, and legal advisors

Ensure financial discipline across corporate and branch operations

Key Requirements:

12 + years in finance roles within logistics/freight forwarding

BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA preferred

Strong knowledge of accounting software, data analysis, and forecasting

High ethical standards, strategic mindset, and team leadership
