Finance Executive

Responsibilities:

· Maintain and develop various financial models& Templates - historical, forecasts and projections and conducting peer level comparisons.

· Analysis of financial statements, Preparation of various types of reports such as CMA, Project Report, Cash Budget, Fund flow statement, Financial Follow up Report, DSCR statement, TEV Report, Opinion Report, Net worth statement, Feasibility report and stock statements etc.

· Documentation for proposals for various types of credit facilities.

· Follow up with clients for obtaining the information/documents required for preparation of loan proposals

· Expanding personal knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development and joint work with fellow associates
