We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance and Accounts Manager (CA). As the Finance and Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities within the organization and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and standards.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and financial reports

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial laws

Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls

Manage and lead the accounting team, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions

Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and make investment decisions

Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to the executive team

Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled

Collaborate with other departments to provide financial analysis and support for business decisions

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions

Participate in audits and manage relationships with external auditors

Prepare and file tax returns and other financial documents

Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA) designation

1+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a related field

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial laws

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong leadership and team management skills

Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders

Experience with financial software and technology

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Strong organizational and time management skills
