job summary:

paytm is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused field executives to join our service department across various locations in chhattisgarh . this is a service-oriented role, not a sales position. you will visit merchants and help resolve product-related issues while ensuring smooth usage of paytm services and devices.

key responsibilities:

1. service support tasks:

visit customers for servicing of paytm device

replace faulty soundbox / qr code.

replace non-working edc (card swipe) machines.

assist customers in activating and using paytm services.

reactivate services for old or inactive paytm users (win-back).

2. cross-selling & onboarding:

educate merchants about:

gold sip

loan and insurance products

conduct welcome visits for newly onboarded loan merchants.

daily target:

complete 10+ tasks per day, combining both service and cross-sell activities.

salary & benefits:

��21,000 ctc

��16,500 in-hand salary

additional incentives based on task performance

candidate requirements:

good communication and customer handling skills

must own a smartphone

must have a bike and a valid driving license

mobile number must be linked to aadhaar and bank account
