We are looking for FSO (Field Sales Officer) in Pune location
We are a leading FMCG company. We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Field Sales Officer, responsible for managing key outlets in the FMCG industry.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities with key outlets in the FMCG industry
demonstrating and presenting products to key outlets
Visit Distributors regularly to monitor implementation of sales and promotional initiatives and maintain relationships for long term business prospects.
Grow the distribution Channel/ Network, Drive volume, profitability to achieve disruptive growth.
Handling the channel sales, dealer distributor management for the assigned territory and
handling primary secondary sales
To achieve daily sales target by selling product to retail outlets
Required Candidate profile:
Minimum Qualification is 12th pass, Graduate
Minimum exp. of 6 months of channel sales in FMCG or consumer durable industry is preferred
Experience in field sale is preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Salary: Basic + TA
