we are looking for fso (field sales officer) in pune location

we are a leading fmcg company. we are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a field sales officer, responsible for managing key outlets in the fmcg industry.

roles and responsibilities:

• identify and develop new business opportunities with key outlets in the fmcg industry

• demonstrating and presenting products to key outlets

• visit distributors regularly to monitor implementation of sales and promotional initiatives and maintain relationships for long term business prospects.

• grow the distribution channel/ network, drive volume, profitability to achieve disruptive growth.

• handling the channel sales, dealer distributor management for the assigned territory and

handling primary secondary sales

• to achieve daily sales target by selling product to retail outlets

required candidate profile:

• minimum qualification is 12th pass, graduate

• minimum exp. of 6 months of channel sales in fmcg or consumer durable industry is preferred

• experience in field sale is preferred

• ability to work independently and as part of a team

• excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
