Job Responsibility
This is a B2B field sales role where you will be the face of magicpin and interact with
the Mx. in the market, mostly Restaurants, Nightlife, QSR, Beauty Salons.
Every day will be unique and interesting. Chasing and achieving targets for
increasing transactions through Owners/Store managers/Staff is one of the key
highlights of this role and will keep you excited.
Training the Owners/Store managers/Staff about the benefits of using magicpin
app, how to pitch the same to end users and how to use the application will be an
integral part of the role.
Building and maintaining a strong relationship with the Owner/Store Manager is
paramount.
Working in close coherence with Owners/Store managers to track the number of
transactions at the store level. Develop strategies to grow the number of transactions.
Generating sales insights and customizing pitch to maximize conversions.
Solve operational challenges / concerns as and when raised by store managers.
