● this is a b2b field sales role where you will be the face of magicpin and interact with
the mx. in the market, mostly restaurants, nightlife, qsr, beauty salons.
● every day will be unique and interesting. chasing and achieving targets for
increasing transactions through owners/store managers/staff is one of the key
highlights of this role and will keep you excited.
● training the owners/store managers/staff about the benefits of using magicpin
app, how to pitch the same to end users and how to use the application will be an
integral part of the role.
● building and maintaining a strong relationship with the owner/store manager is
paramount.
● working in close coherence with owners/store managers to track the number of
transactions at the store level. develop strategies to grow the number of transactions.
● generating sales insights and customizing pitch to maximize conversions.
● solve operational challenges / concerns as and when raised by store managers.
