Job Description

As a Field Sales Executive in Ahmedabad, you will play a vital role in driving sales and building strong relationships with customers. Reporting to your sales manager, your main focus will be to promote our products directly in the field while meeting sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Identify Potential Customers:** Research and locate new sales opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue.

- **Build Relationships:** Establish and maintain connections with clients by providing exceptional service and understanding their needs.

- **Conduct Sales Presentations:** Present products and services to potential clients, effectively conveying their benefits and features.

- **Achieve Sales Targets:** Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through strategic planning and persistent follow-up.

- **Market Analysis:** Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and inform sales strategies.

- **Report Preparation:** Compile and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to update the team on progress and market insights.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively. A background in sales or business, especially with a or relevant professional degree, is ideal. Candidates should also have a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with sales techniques and basic knowledge of customer relationship management tools is a plus. Ultimately, you will need to be driven, organized, and willing to learn to contribute to the team’s success.
