- Target new clients in industrial, municipal, and commercial sectors requiring water treatment and purification solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Effectively present and demonstrate water purifying chemicals and treatment solutions to customers, highlighting features, benefits, and safety standards.
- Monitor market trends, gather competitor intelligence, and provide feedback to the management team to refine sales strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals within the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with internal teams to process customer orders, ensure timely delivery, and manage post-sale follow-ups.
- Address customer queries related to product usage, application methods, and provide basic on-site technical support when necessary.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, client visit summaries, and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
- Represent SANTOSH LABORATORIES at industry events, expos, and seminars to increase brand visibility and attract potential leads.
