key responsibilities:
✅ identify and meet potential clients for commercial and industrial property sales/rentals
✅ build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and clients
✅ negotiate deals and finalize transactions
✅ stay updated on property listings, market trends, and competitors
✅ coordinate with the tele calling and back-office teams for lead management
✅ achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily/weekly reports
skills required:
strong field sales and negotiation skills
excellent communication and client-handling ability
in-depth knowledge of noida's commercial/industrial property market
ability to work independently and take initiative
must own a two-wheeler for site visits
basic computer skills (ms excel, whatsapp, email, etc.)
