1 ability to understand engineering terminologies, machineries, components like

a) hot forging presses( hot and cold),

b) fasteners -hot and cold (nut and bolt),

c) stamping press ,power press,

d),cnc lathe.

e) vmc hcmc ,

f) gear grinding machine,

g) tool room machinery

h) die casting machinery,

i) injection moulding machine,

j) cnc cutting tools

2 thorough understanding of the sales pipeline.

3. to achieve sales target.

4 to ensure 100% implementation & streamlining of marketing & sales back office

processes.

5 to prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports and dashboards.

6. target oriented new implementations.
