Field Marketing Executive - Full Time

We are hiring a Marketing Executive to promote our Student Internship App a platform where students can share their resumes, apply for internships, get selected by recruiters, complete internships, and receive certificates upon completion.

The candidate will promote the app platform and onboard students/interns and colleges/universities. They will also promote the platform and onboard startups, MSMEs, and corporate internship providers across various sectors (IT and Non-IT).

Key Responsibilities:

Visit colleges and universities to promote the internship app

Explain the platform process: resume submission, applying for internships, completing them, and earning certificates

Conduct awareness sessions and presentations for students

Motivate students and interns to use the app and apply for opportunities

Approach startups, MSMEs, and corporates to provide internship opportunities on the platform

Handle onboarding process for companies, including basic documentation/KYC if required

Achieve monthly student engagement and company onboarding targets

Requirements:

MBA / BBA graduate (Marketing preferred)

03 years experience in marketing, field sales, or business development

Strong communication and presentation skills

Comfortable interacting with students, college authorities, and company representatives

Willingness to travel for field work
