Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Calibration:
Perform regular maintenance and calibration of Gas detectors, analyzers, and other test & measuring instruments.
Troubleshoot and repair faulty instruments to ensure optimal performance.
Prepare calibration certificates and maintain service records.
Installation & Commissioning:
Install and commission field instruments and associated control systems at client locations.
Ensure proper system integration with existing control systems.
Conduct system testing and verification to ensure instruments are operating according to designated specifications.
Spare Sales & Service Enquiries:
Handle customer inquiries related to spares, technical support, and service requirements.
Identify, recommend, and supply spares required by clients, ensuring correct specifications.
Process orders and ensure timely delivery of requested spares.
Quotation Preparation:
Prepare and submit accurate and competitive quotations for services and spares, ensuring clarity and alignment with customer requirements.
Collaborate with the sales & projects team to provide pricing and support for project bids.
Client Interaction & Follow-up:
Maintain continuous communication with clients to provide service updates, technical support, and ensure satisfaction.
Follow up on service-related requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for future service opportunities and projects.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive records of all service activities, including maintenance logs, calibration data, quotations, and client correspondence.
Ensure proper documentation for compliance with Industry / ISO standards and regulations.
