Field Executive

● Implement strategies and ensuring targets are achieved & oversee supply requirements, sourcing and distribution

● Work on immediate requirements and plan accordingly to make sure supply meet the demands

● Constantly keep in touch with supply to improve the supply performance and look for any possible innovations to the process

● Educate new implemented technologies and introduce application and how to use that application to supply team

● Ensure awareness of the process, payment method and SOPs of the supply chain in the city.

● Ensure compliance requirements are properly followed

● Keeping an accurate record of the process and analyze Mechanic/Service provider’s performance.

● Ensure grievance handling of on ground Mechanics/ Service Providers.

● Preparation of daily supply reports and projections to reporting manager

● Act like a mediator between Company and client

● Create on ground hiring, referral & awareness campaign
