Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct on-site inspections and assessments: Field engineers are responsible for visiting various job sites to inspect equipment, troubleshoot issues, and evaluate project progress.
2. Install and maintain equipment: Field engineers are tasked with installing and maintaining equipment, ensuring proper functionality and optimal performance.
3. Provide technical support: Field engineers serve as the primary point of contact for technical support, assisting clients with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
4. Collaborate with internal teams: Field engineers work closely with internal teams such as project managers and support staff to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of issues.
5. Document findings and solutions: Field engineers are required to maintain detailed records of site visits, inspections, and solutions provided to clients for future reference.
Required Skills and Expectations:
- A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar field engineering role.
- Bachelor's degree in or a related field.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
