skills required: autocad 2d & 3d max, model making, hand rendering, adobe photoshop, rhino, autocad, microsoft word, microsoft excel, autodesk revit, sketchup, adobe illustrator will be added advantage.

day-to-day responsibilities include:

�� preparing a strategy for designing.

�� connecting with the old & new client/s and pitching to them to start.

�� self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.

�� should possess the skills to work both in team and also perform independently.

�� good in networking & negotiations including maintaining and cultivating relationships.

�� articulate and convincing at one to one meeting and at small gatherings.

�� utilizing his / her social networking like facebook, linkedin, instagram, pinterest etc to facilitate company sales and to increase brand awareness.

�� capable in handling phone calls and e-mails through his / her mobile phone/s.

�� good in analyzing complex situations & good in listening.

�� hungry to learn and grasp.

�� like challenges, never say die attitude & drive to excel.

�� high level of self-motivation.

�� ready for site visit.

personal skills:

good communication ability in uk-english language including hindi, gujarati & marathi in both verbal & written to upper levels of management, subordinates, customers, and related trade partners.
