🔹 Role: Fellow(Fied Work)

💰 Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000/month

(Based on experience and skillset + Variable Pay + Travel allowance included)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

- Support implementation of welfare schemes.

- Mobilize and engage with local communities.

- Collect field data and coordinate with stakeholders.

- Facilitate training and field operations.

🔹 Eligibility:

- Graduate (preferably in social/development sector).

- Regional language skills and field-readiness.

- Experience in community work is a plus.
