🔹 role: fellow(fied work)

💰 salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000/month

(based on experience and skillset + variable pay + travel allowance included)

🔹 key responsibilities:

- support implementation of welfare schemes.

- mobilize and engage with local communities.

- collect field data and coordinate with stakeholders.

- facilitate training and field operations.

🔹 eligibility:

- graduate (preferably in social/development sector).

- regional language skills and field-readiness.

- experience in community work is a plus.
