🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Create and develop new clothing designs based on current trends and customer needs

Sketch design ideas and prepare samples/patterns

Select suitable fabrics, colors, and materials for designs

Coordinate with tailors and production team for timely completion

Ensure quality and fitting of garments before final delivery

Assist customers with design suggestions and customization

Maintain design records and update collections regularly

🔹 Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of fashion designing and garment construction

Creativity and sense of style

Good communication and customer handling skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced boutique environment

Attention to detail and quality
