Customer Styling & Advice

Understand customer needs, preferences, body types, and occasions.

Recommend outfits, accessories, and combinations based on current trends and brand offerings.

Help clients build wardrobes or shop for specific events.

Product Knowledge

Stay up to date on the latest fashion trends, collections, and store inventory.

Provide detailed product information (fabric, fit, care instructions, etc.).

Educate customers on how to mix-and-match pieces creatively.

Sales Support

Assist in meeting sales targets by upselling and cross-selling.

Create an enjoyable shopping experience that encourages repeat visits.

Help manage fitting rooms, provide size suggestions, and follow up with clients.

Visual Merchandising Assistance

Support the visual merchandising team with displays, mannequins, and outfit coordination.

Ensure the store always looks stylish and inviting.

Skills Needed:

Strong sense of style and awareness of fashion trends.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Active listening and empathy to understand customer preferences.

Confidence, tact, and a positive attitude.

Sales and customer service experience.

Typical Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Communication, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Retail sales or fashion styling experience (12 years preferred).

Courses in personal styling or image consulting are a bonus.
