Fashion Assistant

We are looking for a Fashion Assistant.

*Help designers create new materials, styles, colors, and patterns for fashion brands and labels.

*Communicating with department heads to ensure that all of their needs are met

*Coordinating fittings between designers and clients to ensure satisfaction with fit, style, and fabric quality

*Managing the administration of the company’s client database, including contact information and purchase histories

*Helping to coordinate photography shoots or other marketing events

*Coordinating with photographers, models, stylists, makeup artists, and other key personnel during photo shoots

*Creating a detailed wardrobe budget based on client requirements and the designer’s price list

*Assisting designers with the fabric selection process by providing samples of materials for them to use in sketches

*Managing client information by keeping track of purchases and fashion trends in order to provide valuable recommendations
