Key Responsibilities

Assessment & Treatment: Evaluate client needs through interviews, assessments, and diagnostic tests to develop personalized treatment plans.

Counseling Sessions: Conduct individual, group, or family therapy sessions to address issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, or addiction.

Goal Setting & Coping: Help clients define goals, gain insight, and learn practical coping mechanisms.

Documentation: Maintain accurate, confidential records of patient progress and treatment, complying with legal and ethical standards.

Collaboration & Referral: Work with families, teachers, or medical professionals and refer clients to specialists when necessary.

Crisis Management: Provide intervention during acute crises to ensure client safety.
