Preparing, filleting and processing a range of fish and seafood products. Monitoring, packing/unpacking, loading/unloading of stock. Monitoring and confirming quality, counts and condition of stock. Working on relevant to the job equipment. Utilising highest standards of job understanding based on previous experience. Communicate and cooperate with all other team members.

Experience: 3 years of relevant on the job experience - Fish Monger, Fish Processor, Polutry Dresser, Butcher (fish, poultry), Filleter (fish), Poultry Processor

Age: 18 to 25

Languages: English – Intermediate B1

Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Weekends

Salary: Starting from £20,500 + bonuses + pension contribution per annum, paid weekly

Accommodation: Temporary accommodation can be provided if required

Location: Fort William, Scottish Highlands

Special Conditions: Subject to selection process and successful recipient of Skilled Worker UK Visa
