key responsibilities:

assisting with daily operations: help team members with various tasks to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operation of the department or production line.

material handling: transport and organize materials, tools, and equipment to and from work areas.

equipment assistance: assist machine operators, technicians, or other workers in setting up, operating, or maintaining equipment.

cleaning and maintenance: ensure cleanliness of work areas, machinery, and tools, following safety guidelines to prevent accidents or contamination.

packaging and sorting: assist in packaging finished goods or sorting materials for distribution.

loading and unloading: help with loading/unloading materials or finished products to and from trucks or storage areas.

support to supervisors/technicians: follow instructions from supervisors or skilled technicians to carry out specialized tasks.

safety compliance: follow all company safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

performing miscellaneous tasks: assist with miscellaneous tasks that may arise, such as fetching materials, moving objects, or helping in the warehouse.

qualifications:

no formal education required, though basic literacy and numeracy skills are preferred.

prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.

ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

physical ability to lift, carry, and move materials (may include heavy lifting).

attention to detail and willingness to learn.

basic knowledge of safety procedures.
