Hiring For Factory Helper

We are looking for a Factory Helper to join our team in Jidhafs. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 8 years of experience and should have completed at least the 10th grade. This full-time position is for males willing to work in a factory setting.

As a Factory Helper, you will assist in various tasks that support the smooth operation of the production process. Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting Machine Operators: You will help machine operators with setup, maintenance, and operation of equipment to ensure production runs efficiently.

- Cleaning and Organizing Work Areas: Keeping the factory floor neat and organized is crucial. You will be responsible for cleaning machines and removing clutter to create a safe working environment.

- Handling Raw Materials: You will assist in receiving, storing, and preparing raw materials needed for production, ensuring they are correctly labeled and stored.

- Packing Finished Products: Once products are made, you will help with packing them securely for shipping, ensuring quality and accuracy.

- Following Safety Protocols: Adhering to safety guidelines is essential. You must understand and follow all safety procedures to protect yourself and your colleagues.

To be successful in this role, you should be physically able to lift heavy items and stand for long periods. Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are also important. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment will help you thrive in this position.
