collaborate with design/copywriting teams to produce ad creatives (images, videos, carousel).
write compelling ad copy, headlines, and ctas aligned with campaign goals.
test different creatives (a/b testing) to identify best-performing variations.
ensure creatives are brand-compliant and follow facebook ad policies.

build core audiences (demographics, interests, behaviors).
create custom audiences (website visitors, email lists, app users).
develop lookalike audiences to scale reach.
