About F2F Fundraising role:

Positively engage with the public and motivate them to support UNICEF by donating on a long-term monthly basis.

Raise awareness of UNICEFs work with children around the world and our advocacy and programme work around India.

Identify and recruit quality donors using methods outlined in New Starter training and through on-going training and support.

Treat all information obtained by donors as confidential and manage this data in a safe and secure manner.

To participate in training and coaching sessions as required by UNICEF.

Work with your Team Leader and Team Manager to achieve weekly quantity and quality fundraising targets.

In this public-facing role you will also be expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity and conduct, consistent with UNICEFs values.

This is a field-based role, you will be expected to work in malls, markets, tech parks and other public locations.

Education:

Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma.

Experience:

· No experience required as full training will be provided.

· If youve worked in the following positions: promoter, retail field expert, advertising expert, marketing expert, Business Development associate, fundraising or sales associate (B2B, B2C), then you are the best fit for the role.

Initially for the first 3 months we will be signing one month contract with you for each month and after completion of first three months we will sign annual contracts with you. Also, you will be working on the payrolls of Persolkelly.

Language Requirements:

· Fluency in English is required. Ability to work in local languages is a strong advantage.
