Key Responsibilities
• Study project inputs including Sales LOB, contracts, architectural drawings, specifications, IFC/BIM models and
Rollecate standards.
• Identify missing, unclear or conflicting project information and discuss it with the TL/Senior Engineer before
proceeding.
• Prepare engineering drawings for aluminium/uPVC windows, doors and curtain wall systems.
• Prepare TGK, DEF, WVB, fabrication drawings, elevations, sections and technical details as assigned.
• Apply appropriate profiles, glass, hardware, fixings, sealing and interface details according to project
requirements.
• Follow Rollecate drafting standards, protocols, checklists and project-specific requirements.
• Use AutoCAD and Logikal effectively for project engineering.
• Perform proper self-QC before submitting drawings for TL/Senior Engineer review.
• Ensure consistency between elevations, sections, details and project inputs.
• Prepare technical queries/RFIs and communicate uncertainties to the TL/Senior Engineer at an early stage.
• Complete assigned tasks within estimated hours and committed delivery dates.
• Report blockers, scope changes and potential delays proactively.
• Minimise avoidable errors, rework and repetitive QC comments.
• Incorporate QC/NL feedback correctly and apply lessons learned to future projects.
• Participate actively in technical training and Rollecate Academy programmes.
• Continuously develop knowledge of façade systems, hardware, standards and Rollecate engineering practices.
