Required Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / BE Mechanical

Experience Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a machining workshop/ vendor coordination dept.

• Knowledge of fabrication and machining processes.

• Exposure to cast parts

This role is ideal for candidates with machining workshop experience and strong process understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with purchase and vendor teams to ensure timely execution

• Monitor manufacturing progress and track job/order status

• Follow up with vendors and internal departments to meet delivery timelines

• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications

• Ensure smooth material flow across fabrication and machining processes

• Identify delays and proactively drive corrective actions

• Maintain expediting records, reports, and documentation

• Knowledge of using a vernier, micrometre, and Support quality/inspection coordination when required
