Executive TCD

Position: Executive – TCD

Education:

• Bachelors in any Discipline, Pref (English (H), Psychology)

• Diploma in T&D or any Training Certification preferred

• Train the Trainer Certification preferred.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in a progressive firm.

• Experience in Curriculum / training content design

• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods.

• Design thinking capabilities will be a plus.

Knowledge Area and Skills:

• Proficient in using MS Office with Excellent MS PowerPoint skills and use of other multimedia as a

training tool (audio, video etc.)

• Excellent communication skills (Both Verbal and Written)

• Good analytical skills

• Well-organized, highly efficient, keen eye for detail
