• directly report to marketing – regional managers
• preparing periodical sales report inclusive sales forecast.
• attend and handle to customers enquiries.
• discuss with customer on all matters pertaining of new and existing products.
• ensuring customers . received are delivered on schedule.
• liaise with the production department on customer requirements.
• submit new sample for approval and follow-up until approval is given to delivery.
• to achieve the sales target and budget set by the management.
• to strengthen the business relationship with the existing customers and also to reach out aggressively to the new customers.
• to active and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation: pitch: asking questions: solution pitch, negotiation: close.
• self motivated, independent, hardworking
• good communication and writing skill in english, hindi. able to communicate with various levels of persons including local potential customers from established manufactures and vendors.
• computer literate
• willing to travel
• willing to work extra hours, sometimes during weekend & public holiday.
• willing to learn about new product
work under minimum supervision
