Key Responsibilities:

Manage MD's schedule, coordinate meetings, and oversee travel arrangements.

Serve as a communication bridge between MD and various departments.

Prepare and handle important documents, reports, and presentations.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Assist in organizing company events and meetings.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with a preference for manufacturing industry background.

Exceptional computer skills, proficiency in MS Office and adept at learning new software.

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management abilities.
