we are seeking an experienced and highly skilled executive assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior leadership team. the ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.

key responsibilities:

• manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements

• handle confidential information with utmost discretion

• prepare and manage daily reports, emails, and follow-ups

• assist in developing and implementing future strategies

• monitor and control company expenses

• coordinate pr activities and manage stakeholder relationships

• provide high-level administrative support to executive team

requirements:

• minimum 2 years of experience as an executive assistant in a large, complex organization

• excellent written and verbal communication skills in english

• strong proficiency in ms office suite (outlook, word, excel, powerpoint, teams)

• demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• experience in expense management and basic financial reporting

• ability to work independently and make sound judgments

• strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor

• valid uae police clearance certificate (or ability to obtain one)

preferred qualifications:

• knowledge of project management tools (., , asana)

• experience in strategic planning and business operations

• familiarity with uae business culture and practices
