To manage the operational execution of corporate events, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and coordination with internal and external teams. This role demands strong attention to detail, follow-through, and consistent process adherence.

Key Responsibilities

Follow Checklist

Complete 95% of the pre-event checklist at least one day prior to every event

Event Execution

Deliver 100% on-time event setups and ensure timely dismantling post-event

Proposal Support

Submit all required proposals within deadlines provided by the CS team

Cost Saving

Collect and file at least 3 vendor quotations per event for fair evaluation

Budget Management

Ensure actual event expenses do not exceed planned budget by more than 5%

Weekly Review Meeting

Share event progress, flag challenges, and align on upcoming tasks in weekly reviews
