Client Servicing

Finalizing d�cor with clients, providing new ideas as per client requirement and budget.

D�cor Co-ordination with Staff

D�cor Costing Management

Vendor Negotiation and Finalization

Event Execution

Single handed handling arrangements for Conferences, Corporate events, Award night, Weddings, Engagement, Sangeet, Cocktail Parties, Birthday parties etc.

Handling Banquet Bookings over Call and in person.

Banquet Bookings price negotiations.

Coordinating & Managing with Catering Department for flow of event.

Venue Management.

Crisis Management.
