About Us:

I-Help Foundation is an NGO based in Goa, dedicated to creating memorable experiences and making a positive impact in our community through charitable initiatives, including the upcoming I-Run Marathon charity run, raising funds for the orphanage.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, vision, and budget.

Develop and present event proposals, including budgets and timelines.

Coordinate with vendors and manage event logistics.

Oversee event day operations to ensure seamless execution.

Conduct post-event evaluations and feedback analysis.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field (preferred).

Proven event planning and coordination experience.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office.
