Job Description

we are looking for an etsy manager for our company, experienced in e-commerce sales in home décor products, furniture, jewellery.

job role & responsibilities: -

product listing.

campaigns.

generate sales.

inventory management.

resolve customers queries.

content optimization & optimizing listings as per etsy seo.

complete account management.

increase visibility of products by oragnic and paid marketing.

managing inventory, sales reports and payment reconciliations.

submitting cases for products & other issues.

will be responsible for uploading new listings, editing existing listings, solving listing related problems on etsy on weekly basis and ensuring catalogue hygiene.

fixation of stranded & suppressed listings.

write engaging and descriptive product descriptions to improve conversions.

requirements: -

must have 1+ yrs working experience.

must have hands on amazon, etsy

must have knowledge of single listing and bulk listing, a+ listing content, order processing, stock update, price compression, returns, claims, promotion, campaign, lightning deal.
