*Job Summary:*

We're seeking an experienced Billing Estimator to join our real estate development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating costs, preparing bills, and ensuring timely payments for construction projects.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Cost Estimation*: Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.

- *Billing and Invoicing*: Prepare and verify bills, invoices, and payment requests for clients and contractors.

- *Project Cost Management*: Monitor project costs, identify potential cost overruns, and recommend corrective actions.

- *Collaboration*: Work closely with project managers, quantity surveyors, and accountants to ensure accurate billing and payment.

- *Documentation*: Maintain accurate records of project costs, bills, and payments.

*Requirements and Skills:*

- *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

- *Experience*: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in billing estimation, quantity surveying, or construction project management.

- *Technical Skills*: Proficiency in construction software, such as estimation and billing tools (., MS Excel, Primavera P6).

- *Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills*: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve billing and estimation issues.

- *Communication and Interpersonal Skills*: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
